Since the official builds are out I'm not building it myself anymore.
Use https://downloads.openwrt.org/snapshots/targets/airoha/an7581/
and ssh in (or use serial) to install luci. "apk update && apk add luci"
From what I know a non snapshot version is also planned for next release.
Because of that, this share is officially deprecated.

oh and, the old builds are non-ubi which will no longer boot if you already switched the device to ubi loader.
